Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir,
My father is a retired government employee in jaipur, rajasthan. He had bought a land few years back, some people have grabbed that land and saying that according to changed plan by society this is now their plot. Society is not responding at all.
Can you please suggest what should be our course of action? Certainly we will contact a lawyer but wanted to know what is the right procedure to follow in these scenarios.
Thanks
Amit

in case your father has all the valid documents regarding his ownership, he may file a suit for possession and mesne profits and also seek stay against the trespassers.
