Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Sir,my friend age 28 years.a case has been filed against him by some "dabang" people.now my friend is in jail under ipc 387.still there is no bail.plz advice me to take him out as early possible.what is proceadure for bail.....thanks.

bail would depend upon the allegations and involvement shown. it further depends upon the date of event and date of FIR or the complaint. One needs to look into the FIR if police case or the complaint if it is complaint case. Accordingly an opinion as to application could be made and further how long he is in custody
