Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir,my friend has been charged under section 387 that he threatened a man with revolver and two people and asked for 5 lacs rs.Even reality is that my friend wanted to marry a girl of that person.my friend used to call that person but no threatening type anything.that person took out call records as evidence..my friend is in lock up and case was filed late.plz suggest me what is the proceadure for bail.he can be bailed out or not...thanx..

the bail application should be filed and the court would summon the investigating officer for details.
