my husband doesn"t give me money in full payment.he used to give me in installments.he wants to harrase me.what would be the procedure to jail him ?
does jmfc judge has authority to jail a victim of 125 (3) ?

in case the husband is paying in instalments and due to his financial incapacity, not able to pay arrears of maintenance, it is no ground for putting the husband in jail.
