Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
hello sir,
my Qn is FIR has lodged against govt. servant u/s 199, 420 0f IPC. the case is that --
one third person made forge signature of that govt. servant to sanction the income certificate. this govt. servant was unknown about this, but now it is identified by collector of that are and he lodged this FIR against this innocent govt. servant.. now arrest warrant has issued against him. so if he arrested even for one day he will be suspended.. so in such condition what he has to do for saving himself from that suspension.. he is innocent but it will prove later till then what to do.. help me plz
