Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir
One of my friend blamed by a 16 year old girl that he tried to abbuse her & a case is filed against him in crpe artical 354 now after 5 years later the convict(my friend) regular at every date but till now the girl or her family member not attand any hearing or date. now what can my friend do to closed the case. because he is inocent so he never ever say sorry to other party?????

There is hardly anything he can do except to conduct his trial properly through a good lawyer and prove his innocence at the appropriate time.
