Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir,
polce found two dead body on 12/10/10. one person came to police & said that dead body are their driver & khalsi & their truck hijacked. on 30/12/10 police seized my truckAlongwith driver & khalasi. police told me that this truck was hijacked two month ago . Given case of two murder302/201/394.& write in fir that you are the murderer of driver & khalsi. your truck chasis no & Engine no are tempered.
but sir there is no connection with murderwith me. we are produced all papers in original to court. we purchased this truck one year ago . how is possible any connection with that murder.today is 87 days in jail custody.
pl help me.
