Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hello Sirs,
I had already asked about this. Anyway, There is a false minor criminal case pending against me. The case is nearing completion on my side. I am an academician .Now, I have to make a urgent academic trip in a month and It is a government invitation. How ever, the court has no practise of giving No objection certificates as asked in the passport application form. But I need to make this trip urgently, what can I do?

Approach the High Court and demand the no objection for this special trip and court will grant this consession.
