Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir,someone gives me a cheque and it gets bounced off,now i want to know that is it possible that he already launch a FIR about missing of his cheque book before giving me the cheque to get rid of any legal action against him.
Also, may be the cheque given to me is of the account of his died father or some other relative. Then in that case what i am supposed to do?
