Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hi sir,
This is my second question to you.I am a bachelor.I had sex with a girl 1 year before.after that she got married.We did sex chat after marriage and she had nude clips of us in her mail which were sent long before.Now her husband got these mails and clips and filed divorce.
After this incident they informed my parents about this.They are daily calling my parents in very rude manner.What can I do in such a situation.Can I file any case for threatening my parents?
