Hello sir,we booked a case under section 498[A],406IPC Sec 3and 4ofD.P. Act and f.i.r. is issued by WPS,CCS,DD,Hyderabad. on 3-7-2010 .plz inform me about whom to approach in this case?for ur info my sisters in laws i.e father n mother r trying for anticipatory bail,will they get it or not ?they r not residing in thier house now, how can we get them arrested?my brother in law is impotent npolice arrested him 12 days back n he was in jail for 3 days n got bailed.plz give me advice what we can do now?

Now since the iron is hot, try to reach an amicable settlement on suitable terms. They may be granted anticipatory bail by the court and the case may take years to settle. An effort for compromise at this stage may be better.
