Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

My sister has filled a complain under 498A with police station and her husband has taken anticipatory bail against it. I want to know that what is the time limit for an anticipatory bail. What remedy is awailable to us for taking further action against him?

you may file an appeal against the order granting anticipatory bail, in case you have cogent grounds to challenge the same.

You can file an application for cancellation of his anticipatory bail before the court on plausible grounds.
