Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My sister in law has filed a 498a case against our family(my brother, myself and my parents).for which we have a permanent bail. I alone have to travel abroad for some time.Can i travel abroad on the basis of tourist visa or dependent visa.If so for how many days i can go. please guide on this ASAP.

yes you can travel abroad if there is no condition in bail. if any condition is there than you have to obtain permission from the concern court.
