Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Actually My sister get marraiged in Jaipur so is it madatory that my sister can only registered FIR in 498a and domestic violance act only in Jaipur ? What should i do if our local police station (other state- home town) do not file FIR citing reason that incident took place in jaipur?

no, the police cannot refuse to lodge an f.i.r at the parental residence of the girl. you may seek help of a lawyer who would guide the police with relevant sections of criminal procedure code where liberty is give to girl to lodge an f.i.r. at her hometown.
