Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

My sister was married in 2003 with all Hindu rituals and was murdered in 2011 almost after 8 years by her family members. From day one they were harassing her but we didn't complain in police because she didn't want that. Now police and lower court charged I.P.C 304(B). We and police recovered her dead body from their house in almost 100% burnt condition. How should be proceed to get the justice. We know how much she has been harassed in last 8 years. Please advice.

If matter is already in Court, it is for the Court to impart justice.
