sir our society new ragistration but old mamber give old balansheet. but this is frud. i complant to ragisrar. but what action regisesrar take. and what we do.

Facts are not clear, and sufficient to anwer the queries.

However, prima face, merely giving old balance sheet does not consditute fraud. But you can certainly bring this fact to the notice of regisrar of societies, and he can take action, if feels fit, against the socieity. Other remedy for you is also file suit before teh board of nominee.

most of things depend on the by laws of the society so read them or consult the lawyer with them for proper advice
