Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i sold edible oil to a person and even bought a property from him....he after this ha took out a warrant against us and then we applied for bail in the lower court which was rejected and then to the high court which was rejected.......what are my options.........that person took out a warrant against us by showing untrue things what do i do i am stuck
