Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have sold goods worth Rs. 40L to one concern and recorded the same in the books at Rs. 7.5 Lacs.
Now that concern's proprietor is denying to pay the amount.
Pl guide me as to how can i recover the whole Rs.40L and suggest the legal way out.

Do you have invoices to show that you have sold goods worth 40 lacs .if yes then file a suit for recovery against him.

You may pass a rectification entry in your books of account and correct the sale amount from 7.5 to 40. supporting the same with invoice of 40, you may then file a summary suit under Order 37 CPC for recovery of Rs. 40 with interest.
