Please solve my family disputes.....
Hi,
This is Parmesh, Engineer, working. My family consists of mother ,2 brothers and a sister. My dad died 2 years back since then my brothers are planning to take all the property and elope without going though legal way.Now the problem is we cant divide our property since my mother is alive and my sister needs to get married yet.
They want my share too, in this regards they and making me mad by giving mental and physical torture.I want to leave my house because of them. but i cant do so because my mom might be affected by them.
What I want is, is there any legal way that can help me, so that they cant do anything to me and they cant grab my share and also I want to give an FIR on them....
Please help me in this regards as early as possible,
I am totally depressed,I don't know what to do..........

Firstly you should not loss your hope you should be firm and strong. You can lodged a FIR against your brothers for their torture. You can filed a partition suit before the court of law.

Firstly you must have to take a stand and a firm decision.You may file a suit for partition and suit for permanent and mandatory Injunction restraining brothers from disposing your share.In case of need contact with details,professional charges are applicable.

On intestate demise of your father, everybody viz. you, your brother, sisters, mother became entitled to share in his properties.
Therefore, your brother would be entitled to deal with his share only.

you have to be firm. contact an advocate nearby.there are legal ways like injunction etc

approch permanent lokadalat,in your area ,iniate conciliation proceeding.
I think family problem can solve.

The best way i would suggest is to approach the local lokadalat with an help of a local lawyer.
