Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
if someone's signatures are forged or fabricated on some documents and the original documents are destroyed. Then can court ask to compare the signatures with Photostat of those documents(which are being destroyed).

in case the original forged document is destroyed, forgery cannot be proved on the basis of a photocopy of forged document.
