Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my son submitted my fake income certificate for scholership in his college last year , now authorty asked to refund fee with intrest and also filed an FIR againest my son , what will be the procedure to remove this case, will there be any effect of this case on my son career or study?

It will all depend upon the college if they are willing to settle the case after receiving the refund.
