Sped up of 498a

Dowry case - 498a was put in Nov 2003 but CC number is of 2004. Can I go to the High court to speed up the case as my parents are staying 300 Kms away and have to come to the court and it is nearly 4 years now and the case is in desposition stage and CW's are not comming. If so how do I go about it and how to draft it so that I appear party in person to High Court to pray to speed up my case and will the HC accept it.

It totally depands on the movement of courts and solely discretion of the Hon'ble Judge.

Personal presence of an accused during trial can be dispensed with. Therefore, only on the ground of your parents being required to travel to attend case, you may not get any positive results.

Exemption can be taken from the trial court for the accused
