STAGE OF CASE -if Charged sheet subbmitted through I.O. that obscene offinsive sms sent from accused mobile and accused summoned IN 66A IT ACT
If complainant did conspiracy against accused and sent some offensive messages from accused mobile without accused knowledge by common friends ( office staff) then in above mentioned case How many chance of aquital of accused is possible ?
I had lisened that Evidence which proves only the possiblity that the accused is guilty is generally not permitted because it introduces doubt.
