Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i stand gurantor for My real mamji for Rs 20000 /- that he loan from Thrift Society in the year 2002 . After paying two three installments he met with accident and did not pay regular installments. The society was informed verbally about the accident. Te society file case in lower court against me in 2007 on my cheque (under section 138) for 43000/- (forty three thousand) the case was dismissed and i am acquitted from the case by the H'oble Judge the copy of Judgement Decision is held with me. Now in year 2009 the same society file case against me (reviving the case). When I appoarch the Manager of the Thrift Soceity he Said you have to pay Rs 1,40,000 /- as per the thier record (it includes principal amount and penal interest of 62 months) while i negotitating with them he said we you pay Rs 70000 /- i will withdraw the case. The next date of heraring of my case is 02 Oct 2009. Now What can i do , iam taking service of advocate he said the we will see later on.
