Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

we are starting a new buisness on march this year that was a trading buisness actually as we starting our buisness with only 10000 capital so we dont applying for a tax id number from income tax department now when we sell our first item we given a bill to our customer and deducting a vat/cst the value comes 500 ruppes now sir i want to know how this tax is submitted to sales tax department as we dont have any tax id number so by which method we deposit this tax as we shown our genuiness
please provide answer and guidance in this regards
