Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Stay of arrest was granted to me in Allahabad High Court in a cheating case filed in MAgistrate court in Noida. In case charge sheet is filed, will there be a psiibility of arrest? How much time I will have for appraching high court for arrest stay or appealing for quashing of proceedings?

you do not need to approach the high court for quashing as the stay must have been granted as an interim order and the petition has not been finally disposed off. once the charge sheet is filed, you may approach the high court again for the grant of stay and bail. your petition for quashing shall be alive to exhaust this remedy.
