Stay of Attachment

Sir, I need your help. My question is that I am residing at place '' A '' and the Court of place '' A '' has passed order that the Accused should not be arrested in place '' A '' since case on same cause of action is pending. Another case filed in place '' B '' on the same casue of action. Now the Court at place '' B '' has issued warrant and attachment and forwarded the same to the Court of CJM for execution at place '' A ''. Sir please reply how to get stay from the Court at place '' A ''.

Your facts are misconcieved. There can not any blanket order a court to the effect that a person should not be arrested from a particular place for any offence. At the most, the order can be to the effect that a person should be released on bail in the event of his arrest in a particular offence. Be clear on the facts.

details are missing.However, you have to approach B place court to get the relief.Contact with details in case of need.
