Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I do not want to stay at my in laws place because of mental torture and my husband does not like staying outside with me. If I and my child stay outside separately may be for 5 or 7 years, and if my husband files for divorce can he get divorce with out my consent? Please advice.

it will be very difficult for your husband to obtain divorce in case you choose to oppose the same. if you do not have financial support, you may seek help from legal service authority.
