Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am staying with my parents along with my one year old daughter in Baroda.My father and brother went to ranchi to my husband where he is taking class for IIt and resaiding in ranchi.He has filled divorce case against me for dowry.So my parents went ot him for some talk on this talk.But he started shouting and fighting with my parensts and brother.My father pulled his coller and pulled him out of house so that every body can know his deeds.He along with his servant started hitting my bother .My father also get involved in fighting to save my brother.Now what he did he wnt to police station bribed them and wrote FIR against my father and brother that they came to kill me with rod from gujarat.Showed flase medical repert that I got fractured..But every eligation is false.Can he prove in court.Whats the maximum punishment for such type of cases from court.My father is in tension.All this happened besause of me.I am his daughter thats why he is facing such type of problem,Please suggest some remedial answer.

Dont worry nothing will happen. you have to percure her MLR report and further proper guidence and immediate action by you through the lawyer.
