i am a student foreign medical university

this April i have graduated according to

MCI i have to appear screen test my

degree certificate was misplaced during

transit .so i applied duplicate

certificate,for this i asked catering

manager who i believed is honest man.he

asked one 4th year student to apply on

behalf on me .he asked me to put money

in his account.after paying money the

university issued the certificate.

according to MCI the certificate should be

attested.so i again i asked the man to

arrange somebody to go that place(the

Indian embassy is far away from my

university)and get the certificate attested

.he arranged one of my co student was

there due to he lost his passport.and also

he is going to the embassy to collect the

passport.so i told the man to give the

certificates.i have sent money rs 18000 for

his expenses . after that he told me he

applied and after 2 weeks time they ask

him to collect the certificate.

i again contacted him to get the

certificate.i sent money rs14000 to get the

certificate. after he collected the money

he told me .he got the certificate.and sent

by courier .i ask the courier bill no.he told

me he sent by mail.after 2 weeks time no

courier has come.more than one week he

was telling lies.after that he was not

responding . i could not contact him.i

approached the man he also not

responding .by that time my MCI screen

test has come .i attended my result with

held.after give the certificate only they

show the result.

what shall i do.
