Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am a student from shedule caste.one of my junior girl take some my property from me for use. But when i ask her "please return my property ".but she cheated me. I have secondary evidence.Therir parents (higher caste families) harrsing me.spoiling my education life.they are planning to murder me.about this murder planning i have secondary evidence.and they are saying that i an eveteasing her daughter.its not true.hot to solve this problem.
