Subsistance allowance

A case was filed on me for refund authorization and shown me as A3 in the case file/FIR based on statement of A1 and A2, but here i had not authorized any refund, its 10 month past now, Investigation officer not filing a charge sheet, in this relation, I been suspended from the service and no allowances been paid, pls advice

Apply for expediation of your case in the court or get order from High Court for same.

Investigation Officer is not concerned with Charge Sheet. It is function of Criminal Court. So far as, Challan is not prepared and presented in court, petition under section 173 of CRPC lies in the trial court praying the early submission of Challan either it is completed or not completed.

You may file an application before the trial court seeking a direction to the police to expedite investigation and file the final report u/s 173 cr. p. c. You may also seek a similar direction from the High Court of your State.
