Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I was suffered in bus accident in 4 janauary 1997 in ito area of delhi and that time i was addmitted to lok nayak hospital generally known as lady irwin hospital but that time dr.mehtani and dr.lalit & dr jashan not oprated me properly and discharged without curing my injury now i still have injury in my right hand now i need justice and compensation from lnjp hospital.

sir can i eligible to file case in court to the negilance by doctors on my case

i want to know what kind of charges comes under this case and complete procedure to filling a case in court and how much amount i am eligible to claim as i still ghave a injury in my right hand and private hospital give me a estimate of rupees 2 to 3 lakhs

sir please assist me in this regards

If treatment ended in 1997 itself, then it would be too long a period to make any claim.

If treatment continued till recently, then you may consider approaching consumer forum.
