sugestion (i revived a summon charge for u/s 138of n.i act
dear sir
i recived the summon for u/s 138 of n.i act in this summon there is no senders name i dont no who has send this.if i know i can solve the issue some how and even i don't no for which case is it please help me sir

Summons is normally issued in the form prescribed by Code of Criminal Procedure. It does not have from or name, address of sender. First check whether the Summons is in the form prescribed. If it is in the prescribed form, it must be having stamp of the Court issuing the same.
