Dear sir, i am basicallly from hyderabad India, paid 1.6 to a vendor for provide me a specific service. he told me that my work is completed, and provided me the delivery report where i found the delivery report is manupulated, the same i ask him and told him that the delivery report is not genuine and so refound my amount. he denied and harashed me several times, please suggest me what i have to do so that i can get my amount refound..

Consult a local lawyer and file a suit for specific performance against the vendor.

You may consider filing a complaint before the Consumer court claiming damages for 'deficiency' of service.

you may file a consumer complaint at the district consumer dispute redressal forum within 2years from when the cause of action arose. through this complaint you may claim refund of the amount paid by you as well as compensation for any loss or injury suffered.
