Suicide case

if a person suicides and leaves a note writting the name of the person whose responsible for that then what all can happen against that person???

The may suspect the person named in a suicide note and start investigation. If the needle of suspicion sticks to him, the police may send him to trial. The court may convict him for the offences charged depending upon nature of other evidence collected by the police during investigation.

It may be used in evidence keeping in view of its nature. Keep in mind that independent evidence required to convict the accused. Such note may be taken as corroboratory evidence.

As it is a dying declaration can be accepted as evidence and if proved positively by the prosecution the accused can be punished for abatement to commit suicide under IPC.
