Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
in a sum case if a account payee cheaque is presented in bank and the bank returns the cheaque with the reason refer to drawer can the sec 138 can be applied to the drawee of cheaque. ( can a case be put in court under sec 138 )

Yes Section 138 applies and a complaint can be filed.
