Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
in a sum case if the appelant files a affidavit against accused but the appelant dosent sign on the affividavit and also the bills against which he claims to received the cheaque dosent contain date and signature of accused as recivar of bills. can this make the sum case weak from the appelant side
