Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
in a sum case if the petitioner states that the money given by him to respodent is taken from petitioners relatives so he has not mentined it in his balancesheet, can this be accounted as a legal money or not. if yes then what reason.

it is almost impossible to prove unaccounted money and most of the actions based upon black money fail in the court.
