Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

SUMMON U/S 420 issued against me alleging that I faked my signature and I am denying my signature. Which was actually forge by complainant.

Can I go for anticipatery bail in session court ?on the bases of reputed handwriting expert report(private not govt.fsl lab) where expert opinion is signature is free hand forged and not written by me.

you can apply for the anticipatory bail but the success of bail application would largely depend upon the contents of f.i.r against you.

you don't need to apply for anticipatory bail as for offence u/s Section 420 you can get regular bail.
