Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have summoned in a bailable offence and also get court bail on last date court adjouned case because of my advocate was not present in delhi city. Now I want to change my advocate. Can I went to court without my council and make requet that kindly give me some more time for arguements on charges as I am not prepare.

If, you do not have time you can request court, but grant is absolute discretion of court.
