Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I summoned in a criminal case in delhi , N.D.O.H is 8.4.2012 (confirmed ) which is absolutely Sunday.
What Can I do at this stage ? If I did not reach date on the date mentioned in summon then Is NBW is issued me by court ?
I am not understanding what can I do at this critical stage

in case the next date of hearing is sunday, you need to appear on the next day i.e. 9th of April. however, the conclusive opinion can only be given after seeing the summons.

If there is holiday on scheduled date, then next working is treated as scheduled date.
