SUMMONS issued against me u/s 420. NDOH is 18.10.2010
I will move bail aplication on 18.10.2010 through my council and I will tell about all the facts of complaint that I am innocent.
If bail is cancelled then
Query -- Will court sent me in jail at the time of cancillation of bail application on 18.10.2010 ?

your question this time is in different form but more or less same. If bail is not granted, then surely you will have to be taken in custody. Your lawyer in your absence may file another bail application before higher court.
