Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
We sent summons to some one who is staying in Qatar on his permanent home address in India and also to his Qatar Address.Both came back saying that person is not available at these addresses.What can we do in this situation?

move an application before the court to serve the person through publication in the newspaper but before that, the summons should be served through affixation.
