Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Suppose a person is charged U/s 468, 471 & 511 of 420 r/w 34, Is there a possibility of an out of court settlement ? Because I think u/s 468 and 471 it is not allowed, but since these 2 sections and 511 are taken under section 420, which allows out of court settlements, is there any chance?
Please , this is a very urgent matter !!!
I need your help asap !

SIr, some of the offences are not compoundable hence you have to attend the court and face the Trial if the witnesses do not speak anything about the offences etc you will be acquitted.
