Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am Tarun Sarkar aged about 55 Yrs, this year in the month of April25th we arrange marriage of my only son, but next his wife tell us that he dont want to stay with us she loves some one else & want to stay with him, she also write a note address to my son which she told before, we immediately call her parents and they take her to there home on 28.04.11, on 03.05.11 we come to know that they have filled a FIR in there local police station u/s 498A,341,342,406,376,323,341,& 25/27, meanwhile my self & my wife take AI bail, but my not yet get the same, kindly advice us what to do now?

You son may also seek AB. You may also approach the Hon'ble HC for quashing of FIR on the basis of note written by the girl.

As an immediate recourse, try for anticipatory bail.

If FIR does not disclose commission of an offence, consider quashing.
