Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Thankx for ur answer,but if anybody can be killed by way of black magic than i think that everybody will find the way of black magic for killing people, and if god can help than nobody will move the high court for justice, you people are saying this because ur life is not under threat, nor any of ur family members. was the accused and his associates not knowing what they were doing and sending Evil spirit in anybodys body is not a childs play it needs lot of expertise,it is being done preplanned motive to kill a person ,and the result is 100 % guarantee , job done to kill a person, Is the law ministry and the goverment of india not prepared for such cases ,it is clearly an Attempt to kill a person and thats not i have moved the high court with lot of evidences with names and even a video recording of the evil spirit in my body. The IPC Act for attempt to murder should be levied on the Accused and his companions. T Prompt Action should be taken immediately by the law misnistry and the goverment of india, which is IMMINANT. I am Citizen of the UNION of REPUBLIC of INDIA playing no INSENDIARY of Ancillary TO ANYONE INCLUDING the Accused,, THE INVESTIGATING AGENCY AND THE HIGH COURT. This is very serious and it may end in to the TERMINATION OF MY LIFE. There is also a new guidelines set up like the self defence . waiting for ur Answer.
