Thankyou for your instant reply for my secret question code no FjklRW8L99 sir the case in now in high court and the last date was 29-04-2010 but i received the copy from court on 30-04-2010.Thus the case is now further adjourned to 07-02-2011.for admission and the reason is notice unserved.Thus what should i do as can i continue the case here in lower court.As the acused is just trying to kill the time.And i am in need of my money thus what can i futher do to get the fast result.
Sir there is a change in situation and the accused has comitted sucide recently thus now what can be done in this case as can i am held up from all side thus please do guide me accordingly waiting for your reply at the earliest.Can i claim money from his father please guide me
