Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I got a threatening SMS from one of my relatives, in which he has written that ,I will see you,U will get beatings from my goons ,I will see you how u will work in ur office etc etc and some abusive words......how can I approach Police and Court with this..Will it be sufficient to drag that fellow to court
