Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
threre is a criminal case against me.there was a formal adjournment on 19th july i could not attend on that day.addvocate did not file any petition to condone my absence.n.b.w is issued against me. next adjournment date is 6th sep can i appear next week and move a petition to withdraw the warrant?

If NBW is not executed till then, you may apply for cancellation of NBW even before next scheduled date.

yes, you can do that by moving an application for cancellation of NBWs.
